FOR INFORMATION
The Department of the Army Criminal Investigation Division is offering a reward of $15,000 for credible information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for the disappearance or death of Tina, Dale Jr., and Stephon Grogan.
In the early morning hours of November 28, 1992, multiple residents of the apartment building where the Grogan's resided in Würzburg, Germany, were awakened by the sounds of a domestic incident within the Grogan apartment. Several residents reported they heard screams and one or more children screaming within the apartment, “don’t hurt my mommy” or “don’t hit my mommy.” Tina, Dale Jr (aged 6) and Stephon (aged 4) have not been seen since, nor have their remains been located.
